How much do I have to pay the buyer’s agent?

Seller determines the buyers agent compensation offered if any.

What if I find my own buyer? 

If you sell your own property as a For Sale By Owner, you will not pay the buyer agent commission.

Do all the buyer calls come directly to me? 

We route 100% OF THE PHONE CALLS DIRECTLY TO YOU.  You will provide the best contact number so buyers and agents call you directly.

What if I dont sell my home on my own? 

No worries, we can offer full listing services and you are credited $750 towards those services.

What are the advantages of listing in the MLS?

  • Exposure: We will list your property on the local MLS. Giving you maximum exposure to buyers who are working with real estate agents and  to local and national real estate websites

  • Control: Savvy home sellers who chose to list with a flat fee MLS real estate broker are in control of the sale of their house. This means that they are 100% responsible for listing, showing, setting the price and negotiating. Sometimes an owner can do a better job selling their home than a real estate agent. In this situation, it makes perfect sense for an owner to handle the sale of their home by themselves.

  • Cancel at any time! you are allowed to cancel the listing contract and change your strategy at any point in time.
